Godwin Heights Public Schools welcomes all students.
In order to enroll your child in Godwin Heights Public
Schools, simply fill out the Enrollment form above and bring it to the school nearest you or the Godwin Heights Administration Building.
You will need to provide the following information in order to confirm you child's
enrollment:
• Copy of your child's immunization record
• Copy of your child's Social Security Number
• Copy of your child's state-certified Birth
Certificate
• Two proofs of your residency
